The EKU Team Innovations Program for Corporations and Small Businesses
The lack of a cohesive team is a prime reason groups, companies, or organizations achieve limited success. With the guidance of expert facilitators, your group members will join together to build relationships, solve problems, and establish trust in one another.
The group will be given a series of problems to solve. These challenges are designed to help your staff get to know each other in a positive environment and appreciate the diversity within the group. We identify the logical steps of problem solving from discerning an initial challenge to summarizing the pluses and minuses of how a particular dilemma was conquered.
We offer three tiers of training...
- Introduction to Teamwork The basics of building relationships, trust and effective communication are explored using a variety of interpersonal techniques to uncover and enhance the many capabilities of your staff members.
- Problem Solving The elements of initially and accurately identifying present and future challenges are discussed. Planning and strategy for effective problem confrontation and conquest are explored through group interaction and dynamics.
- The Adventurous Team Take it to the next level with a specially designed adventure for your staff, using the EKU Challenge Course and a themed event for your team.
